Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping across Australia on all orders $200+ - Flat Rate of $12.95 for orders below.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and dispatched straight from our warehouse in Melbourne,  Australia. Because we ship locally using trusted domestic couriers, there are no overseas imports or long international transit delays.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro areas are typically faster, while regional and remote areas may take a little longer.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we ship within Australia only. Stay tuned — we're working on expanding our reach!

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to absolutely love your new space, which is why we offer a 14-day "Change of Mind" return policy. If the plant or tree doesn't perfectly suit your room’s aesthetic or dimensions, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an easy return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Every single shipment leaves our warehouse fully tracked and 100% insured against transit damage. In the rare event that a local courier mishandles your package, simply send us a photo of the damage along with your order number, and we will dispatch a brand-new replacement at absolutely zero extra cost to you.

Do your plants look realistic?

Absolutely — that's our whole thing! We're very selective about the products we stock, choosing only those that closely mimic the look and feel of real plants. Many of our customers say their guests can't tell the difference.

Are your plants suitable for outdoors?

Some of our range is suitable for covered outdoor areas such as patios, balconies, and verandahs. We recommend checking the individual product description for outdoor suitability, and avoiding prolonged direct exposure to harsh Australian sun and rain, which can cause fading over time.

Are your products pet-safe?

Our artificial plants are generally considered safer than many real plants, which can be toxic to pets. However, as our products are decorative items and not certified pet-safe, we recommend keeping them out of reach of curious pets who may chew or ingest materials.

Are your products child-safe?

Our products are decorative and not designed as toys. We recommend keeping smaller items out of reach of young children. All products comply with Australian consumer safety standards.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean my artificial plants?

Keeping your faux plants looking fresh is easy! A light dusting with a soft cloth or a gentle blast with a hairdryer on a cool setting works well for most pieces. For a deeper clean, a damp cloth or a light spray with water and a drop of mild detergent will do the trick. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Will the colours fade over time?

Our products are designed to be long-lasting. However, like most materials, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause some fading over time. For best results, we recommend placing your plants away from harsh direct sunlight.

Do I need to water or maintain them?

Never! That's the beauty of faux plants — no watering, no pruning, no fertilising, and no worrying about sunlight. Just place them and enjoy.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a fast and secure checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is dispatched.
