14-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

We want you to absolutely love your new space. In the unlikely event that your Faux Flora purchase doesn't perfectly suit your room's aesthetic, layout, or dimensions, we proudly offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order to give you complete peace of mind.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packed securely in their original undamaged packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@fauxflora.com.au.

  • Once approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to safely ship your package. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

  • Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs to our warehouse and a 10% restocking fee.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your refund will be for the full purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs and minus a 10% restocking fee. Your bank may require a few additional days to process the credit to your account.

Damages & Transit Insurance

Every single order leaves our warehouse fully tracked and 100% insured against transit damage. Please inspect your greenery upon delivery. If a courier has mishandled your item and it arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@fauxflora.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will promptly arrange a brand-new replacement to be dispatched to you at absolutely zero extra cost.

Exchanges & Sale Items

The quickest way to get a different size or style is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website. Please note that promotional gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" during clearance events cannot be returned.
