One of the biggest advantages of artificial plants is how little they ask of you. No watering, no fertilising, no worrying about sunlight. But a little care goes a long way in keeping your faux greenery looking vibrant and realistic for years to come.
Dusting Gently dust leaves with a soft, dry cloth or feather duster weekly to maintain their natural appearance.
Deep cleaning For a deeper clean, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the finish. Ideally, use our Artifical Plant Cleaner that comes in two sizes. 1000ml and 250ml.
Shaping Gently reshape leaves and stems by hand to restore their natural form after unpacking or moving.
Outdoor plants Our UV-resistant outdoor artificial plants can be rinsed with a garden hose to remove pollen, dust, and surface dirt.
Hanging Plants Take hanging plants down from their hook before cleaning, it's much easier at bench height.
Storage Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Keep in original packaging when possible to protect from dust.

Some of our range is suitable for covered outdoor areas such as patios, balconies, and verandahs. We recommend checking the individual product description for outdoor suitability, and avoiding prolonged direct exposure to harsh Australian sun and rain, which can cause fading over time.
Are your products pet-safe?
Our artificial plants are generally considered safer than many real plants, which can be toxic to pets. However, as our products are decorative items and not certified pet-safe, we recommend keeping them out of reach of curious pets who may chew or ingest materials.
Are your products child-safe?
Our products are decorative and not designed as toys. We recommend keeping smaller items out of reach of young children. All products comply with Australian consumer safety standards.
How do I clean my artificial plants?

Our products are designed to be long-lasting. However, like most materials, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause some fading over time. For best results, we recommend placing your plants away from harsh direct sunlight.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packed securely in their original undamaged packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to safely ship your package. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs to our warehouse plus a 10% restocking fee.
Refund Details
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your refund will be for the full purchase price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs and minus a 10% restocking fee. Your bank may require a few additional days to process the credit to your account.
Damages & Transit Insurance
Every single order leaves our warehouse fully tracked and 100% insured against transit damage. Please inspect your greenery upon delivery. If a courier has mishandled your item and it arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@fauxflora.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will promptly arrange a brand-new replacement to be dispatched to you at absolutely zero extra cost.

The quickest way to get a different size or style is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order on our website. Please note that promotional gift cards and items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" during clearance events cannot be returned.
