Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packed securely in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once approved, we will provide you with clear instructions on how and where to safely ship your package. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs to our warehouse.
Refund Details
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your refund will be for the full purchase price of the item. No hidden transaction or restocking fees applied. Your bank may require a few additional days to process the credit to your account.
Damages & Transit Insurance
Every single order leaves our warehouse fully tracked and 100% insured against transit damage. Please inspect your greenery upon delivery. If a courier has mishandled your item and it arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@fauxflora.com.au with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will promptly arrange a brand-new replacement to be dispatched to you at absolutely zero extra cost.
